What Are You Reading?

Today begins Spring Break for us, and that gives me some extra hours to catch up on reading. Please send your suggestions---adult novels and professional titles! (I'm taking a break from kid books this week!)
Thanks and TGIF!

  1. I am reading The Help and love it. My sister just gave me Sarah's Key and it is next on my adult list! Have a great break AM!

  2. I was going to suggest the same title as Katie did. Im reading The Help and loving it. I also just got my hands on THe Happiness Project and I am really enjoying it. :)

  3. I have The Help set aside for our spring break (starting a week from Friday). I know you said not a kid's book, but this one is getting so much buzz, I have to read it - One Crazy Summer.

    Have a wonderful spring break!!

  4. Thanks, friends for all the book recommendations! I read the Help this summer, and loved it! Let's talk about it!

  5. Hi Ann Marie!

I had to read a book called High Stakes by Dale Johnson for grad school. However, I have now reread it twice. It's an incredible, sad, inspiring, truthful story of what high stakes testing is doing to our schools. It's now being passed around by some of my favorite teachers! Thanks!
    -Heather :-)

  6. Re-reading "Opening Minds" by Peter Johnston...and then re-reading "Choice Words"...I get a little more everytime I read...especially when I can share and talk about it with others :)
